Philosophy
The wine is a reflection of our actions. It is the result of care we provide to the vine and its fruit after harvest. For three generations, we appreciate each harvest as something new, a discovery and we produce our grapes tacking environment into account. We prefer soft control methods using mainly natural regulatory mechanisms. We adopt a long-term vision to avoid the fertility of the soil to be at risk and that biodiversity of the ecosystem of the vineyard and its surrounding are maintained. The actors of the Domain Croix Duplex work always taking into account the environment and it is in this spirit that we are moving toward, this already for more than 10 years, to an integrated production Vinatura developed by Vitiswiss. Integrated and ecological production is particularly set up to protect the health of the producer, but also the consumer by limited application and thoughtful treatment products.
To chose the wine for life and make use of effort to succeed within respect to the nature, to its authenticity and specificities. This is the option of our philosophy… make this creation a yearly renewal.
